مرحباً بك في تطبيق رحلتي ("التطبيق"، "نحن"، "لنا"). يُقدَّم هذا التطبيق بواسطة Rihlati ("مُشغّل التطبيق"). تحكم هذه الوثيقة علاقتك بالتطبيق وتشمل سياسة الخصوصية وشروط الاستخدام معاً. باستخدامك للتطبيق، فإنك توافق على جميع الأحكام الواردة أدناه.
الجزء الأول: سياسة الخصوصية
نحن نلتزم بحماية خصوصيتك. توضح هذه السياسة بالتفصيل ما هي البيانات التي نجمعها، ولماذا نجمعها، وكيف نستخدمها، ومع من نشاركها، وكيف نحميها، وما هي حقوقك.

2. البيانات التي نجمعها
نجمع الحد الأدنى من البيانات اللازمة لتشغيل التطبيق. لا نطلب منك إنشاء حساب ولا نجمع اسمك أو رقم هاتفك أو بريدك الإلكتروني.
2.1 البيانات التي نجمعها تلقائياً

2.3 البيانات التي لا نجمعها
نحن لا نجمع: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الهاتف، جهات الاتصال، الرسائل، الصور، مقاطع الفيديو، الصوت، الملفات، التقويم، سجل التصفح، الموقع الدقيق (GPS)، البيانات الصحية، أو أي بيانات بيومترية.
3. كيف نستخدم بياناتك
نستخدم البيانات المجمعة للأغراض التالية حصراً:
- تقديم خدمة التطبيق: عرض معلومات الرحلات في الوقت الحقيقي لـ 15 مطاراً سعودياً.
- إرسال التنبيهات: إشعارك عند تغيّر حالة رحلتك، البوابة، الترمنال، حزام الأمتعة، أو الوقت.
- تحسين التطبيق: تحليل تقارير الأعطال وبيانات الاستخدام لإصلاح المشاكل وتحسين الأداء.
- عرض الإعلانات: عرض إعلانات Google AdMob للمستخدمين غير المشتركين في النسخة المميزة.
- التحقق من المشتريات: التحقق من صلاحية اشتراكات النسخة المميزة عبر Google Play أو Apple App Store.
- الأمان: حماية التطبيق وخوادمنا من الاستخدام غير المصرّح به عبر Firebase App Check.
لا نستخدم بياناتك لإنشاء ملفات تعريف شخصية، أو اتخاذ قرارات آلية تؤثر عليك، أو بيعها لأي طرف ثالث.
4. الأساس القانوني لمعالجة البيانات
نعالج بياناتك بناءً على الأسس القانونية التالية:
- تنفيذ العقد: معالجة البيانات الضرورية لتقديم الخدمة التي طلبتها (تتبع الرحلات، الإشعارات).
- المصلحة المشروعة: تحسين التطبيق، ضمان الأمان، ومنع الاحتيال.
- الموافقة: عند تفعيل ميزات اختيارية مثل الإشعارات أو الموقع.
- الالتزام القانوني: عند الضرورة للامتثال للقوانين المعمول بها.
5. مشاركة البيانات مع أطراف ثالثة
لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية أبداً. نشارك البيانات فقط مع مزودي الخدمات التالين الضروريين لتشغيل التطبيق:

جميع مزودي الخدمات أعلاه ملتزمون بمعايير حماية البيانات. لا نشارك بياناتك مع أي أطراف أخرى.
6. الإعلانات
يستخدم التطبيق Google AdMob لعرض الإعلانات في النسخة المجانية فقط. مشتركو النسخة المميزة لا يرون أي إعلانات.
- قد يستخدم Google AdMob معرّف الإعلانات الخاص بجهازك (GAID على Android / IDFA على iOS) لتقديم إعلانات مخصصة.
- قد يجمع Google AdMob بيانات الجهاز مثل نوع الجهاز، إصدار النظام، وحجم الشاشة.
- يمكنك إلغاء تخصيص الإعلانات من إعدادات جهازك:
- Android: الإعدادات ← Google ← الإعلانات ← إلغاء تخصيص الإعلانات
- iOS: الإعدادات ← الخصوصية ← الإعلانات ← تقييد تتبع الإعلانات

7. تخزين البيانات والاحتفاظ بها
7.1 مكان التخزين
- البيانات المحلية: أرقام الرحلات المتابعة، سجل البحث، والإعدادات تُخزَّن محلياً على جهازك فقط باستخدام قاعدة بيانات SQLite مشفرة.
- البيانات السحابية: اشتراكات تنبيهات الرحلات وبيانات التخزين المؤقت للرحلات تُخزَّن على خوادم Firebase في أوروبا (منطقة europe-west1).
7.2 مدة الاحتفاظ

8. أمان البيانات
نتخذ التدابير الأمنية التالية لحماية بياناتك:
- تشفير النقل: جميع الاتصالات بين التطبيق وخوادمنا مشفرة عبر بروتوكول HTTPS/TLS.
- Firebase App Check: نستخدم Play Integrity API (Android) و DeviceCheck (iOS) للتحقق من أن الطلبات تأتي حصرياً من التطبيق الرسمي، مما يمنع الوصول غير المصرّح به.
- قواعد أمان Firestore: جميع الوصول المباشر من العملاء محظور بشكل افتراضي. البيانات متاحة فقط عبر Cloud Functions الآمنة.
- لا تخزين للدفع: لا نخزّن أي بيانات مالية أو بطاقات ائتمان. جميع المعاملات تتم عبر Google Play Billing أو Apple App Store.
- تقييد المعدل: حماية ضد الاستخدام المفرط عبر آلية تقييد الطلبات لكل مطار.
9. حقوقك
لديك الحقوق التالية فيما يتعلق ببياناتك:
- حق الوصول: يمكنك طلب نسخة من بياناتك المخزنة لدينا عبر البريد الإلكتروني.
- حق الحذف:
- حذف البيانات المحلية: من إعدادات التطبيق ← مسح الذاكرة المؤقتة.
- حذف الرحلات المتابعة: إلغاء تتبع أي رحلة في أي وقت من التطبيق.
- حذف جميع بياناتك من خوادمنا: أرسل طلباً إلى awaya.app@gmail.com وسنحذف بياناتك خلال 30 يوماً.
- حذف التطبيق من جهازك سيحذف جميع البيانات المحلية تلقائياً.
- حق إيقاف الإشعارات: يمكنك إيقاف جميع الإشعارات من إعدادات التطبيق أو إعدادات جهازك.
- حق إلغاء تخصيص الإعلانات: يمكنك إلغاء تخصيص الإعلانات من إعدادات جهازك كما هو موضح في قسم الإعلانات.
- حق الاعتراض: يمكنك التواصل معنا للاعتراض على معالجة بياناتك لأغراض معينة.
- حق نقل البيانات: يمكنك طلب بياناتك بصيغة مقروءة آلياً.
لممارسة أي من هذه الحقوق، تواصل معنا على: awaya.app@gmail.com. سنرد على طلبك خلال 30 يوماً كحد أقصى.
10. النقل الدولي للبيانات
قد تُنقل بعض بياناتك ويتم تخزينها على خوادم خارج المملكة العربية السعودية، تحديداً:
- خوادم Firebase في أوروبا (منطقة europe-west1) - لتخزين اشتراكات الرحلات والتخزين المؤقت.
- خوادم Google العالمية - لخدمات Firebase (الإشعارات، التحليلات، تقارير الأعطال)، AdMob، والخرائط.
تخضع عمليات النقل هذه لسياسات حماية البيانات الخاصة بـ Google والتي تتوافق مع المعايير الدولية لحماية البيانات.
11. الأطفال
التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال تحت 13 سنة ولا نجمع بيانات من أطفال عمداً. إذا علمنا أننا جمعنا بيانات من طفل تحت 13 سنة، سنحذفها فوراً. إذا كنت والداً أو وصياً وتعتقد أن طفلك قدّم بيانات للتطبيق، يرجى التواصل معنا على awaya.app@gmail.com لحذفها.
12. الأذونات المستخدمة
يطلب التطبيق الأذونات التالية فقط:

لا نطلب أذونات الكاميرا، الميكروفون، جهات الاتصال، التقويم، التخزين، أو أي أذونات أخرى غير المذكورة أعلاه.
13. تقنيات التتبع وملفات تعريف الارتباط
التطبيق لا يستخدم ملفات تعريف الارتباط (Cookies). لكن الخدمات التالية قد تستخدم تقنيات تتبع:
- Firebase Analytics: يستخدم معرّفات مثيل (Instance IDs) لقياس الأحداث. البيانات مجهولة الهوية.
- Google AdMob: قد يستخدم معرّف الإعلانات وملفات تعريف الارتباط لتخصيص الإعلانات.
- Firebase Crashlytics: يستخدم معرّفات تثبيت لربط تقارير الأعطال.
الجزء الثاني: شروط الاستخدام
14. قبول الشروط
باستخدامك تطبيق رحلتي، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط. إذا كنت لا توافق على أي جزء منها، يرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق. نحتفظ بحق تعديل هذه الشروط وسنعلمك بأي تغييرات جوهرية.
15. وصف الخدمة
رحلتي يوفر معلومات رحلات الطيران لـ 15 مطاراً في المملكة العربية السعودية، تشمل:
- جداول الوصول والمغادرة بالوقت الحقيقي
- حالة الرحلات (في الموعد، متأخرة، ملغاة، هبطت، إلخ)
- معلومات البوابات والترمنالات وأحزمة الأمتعة
- تنبيهات فورية عند تغيّر حالة الرحلة
- معلومات المطارات ومرافقها
- خرائط المطارات عبر Google Maps
المعلومات مصدرها مزودو بيانات طيران خارجيون (AeroDataBox).
16. دقة المعلومات - إخلاء مسؤولية
تنبيه مهم: معلومات الرحلات المعروضة في التطبيق هي للاطلاع والمرجع فقط ولا تُغني عن المصادر الرسمية. قد تتأخر المعلومات أو تكون غير دقيقة بسبب طبيعة بيانات الطيران المتغيرة. يُرجى دائماً التحقق من شركة الطيران أو المطار مباشرة قبل اتخاذ قرارات السفر. لا نتحمل أي مسؤولية عن أي قرارات مبنية على معلومات التطبيق.
17. الاشتراك المميز
- السعر: 49.99 ريال سعودي سنوياً.
- المنصة: تتم عمليات الشراء عبر Google Play (Android) أو Apple App Store (iOS) وتخضع لشروط خدمة كل منصة:
- التجديد التلقائي: يتجدد الاشتراك تلقائياً ما لم يُلغَ قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل من نهاية فترة الاشتراك الحالية.
- الإلغاء: يمكنك إلغاء الاشتراك في أي وقت:
- Android: إعدادات Google Play ← الاشتراكات
- iOS: الإعدادات ← Apple ID ← الاشتراكات
يظل الاشتراك فعالاً حتى نهاية الفترة المدفوعة.
- الاسترداد: تخضع عمليات الاسترداد لسياسة المنصة المستخدمة (Google Play أو Apple).
- مزايا المميز: تتبع غير محدود للرحلات، بدون إعلانات، تنبيهات سحابية كل 5 دقائق.
18. الاستخدام المقبول
توافق على عدم:
- استخدام التطبيق لأي غرض غير قانوني أو محظور.
- محاولة الوصول غير المصرّح به لخوادمنا أو أنظمتنا أو بيانات مستخدمين آخرين.
- إعادة توزيع أو بيع أو تأجير بيانات الرحلات المعروضة في التطبيق.
- استخدام أدوات آلية (bots, scrapers) لاستخراج البيانات من التطبيق أو واجهاته البرمجية.
- محاولة عكس هندسة التطبيق أو فك تجميعه أو تعديل كوده.
- تجاوز أو تعطيل آليات الأمان أو القيود التقنية في التطبيق.
- انتحال هوية أي شخص أو جهة أو الادعاء بأي ارتباط كاذب.
19. إخلاء المسؤولية والضمانات
التطبيق يُقدَّم "كما هو" و"كما هو متاح" بدون أي ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية، بما في ذلك ضمانات الصلاحية لغرض معين أو عدم الانتهاك. على وجه الخصوص، لا نضمن:
- دقة أو اكتمال أو حداثة معلومات الرحلات.
- توفر الخدمة بشكل مستمر بدون انقطاع.
- خلو التطبيق من الأعطال أو الأخطاء التقنية.
- وصول الإشعارات في الوقت المناسب أو وصولها على الإطلاق.
20. تحديد المسؤولية
بأقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن:
- أي خسارة مباشرة أو غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو تبعية ناتجة عن استخدام التطبيق أو الاعتماد على معلوماته.
- فقدان رحلة طيران أو أي ضرر مالي ناتج عن معلومات غير دقيقة أو متأخرة.
- انقطاع الخدمة أو فقدان البيانات لأي سبب.
- أفعال أو إغفالات أي طرف ثالث (شركات الطيران، المطارات، مزودي البيانات).
21. الملكية الفكرية
جميع حقوق الملكية الفكرية للتطبيق بما في ذلك التصميم، الكود، الشعار، والعلامة التجارية "رحلتي" محفوظة. بيانات الرحلات مصدرها مزودون خارجيون وتخضع لشروطهم الخاصة.
22. إنهاء الخدمة
نحتفظ بحق تعليق أو إنهاء وصولك للتطبيق في أي وقت ودون إشعار مسبق إذا انتهكت هذه الشروط. عند الإنهاء، يجب عليك التوقف عن استخدام التطبيق. لن يؤثر الإنهاء على حقوقك في أي اشتراك مدفوع ساري المفعول.
23. القانون الحاكم وحل النزاعات
تخضع هذه الشروط وسياسة الخصوصية لأنظمة وقوانين المملكة العربية السعودية. أي نزاع ينشأ عن أو يتعلق بهذه الشروط يُحال إلى الجهات القضائية المختصة في المملكة العربية السعودية.
24. قابلية الفصل
إذا تبيّن أن أي حكم من أحكام هذه الشروط غير قابل للتنفيذ أو باطل، فإن باقي الأحكام تظل سارية المفعول بالكامل.
25. التغييرات على هذه الوثيقة
قد نُحدّث سياسة الخصوصية وشروط الاستخدام من وقت لآخر. عند إجراء تغييرات جوهرية:
- سنحدّث تاريخ "آخر تحديث" في أعلى هذه الصفحة.
- سنعلمك بالتغييرات الجوهرية عبر إشعار داخل التطبيق.
- استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التغييرات يعني موافقتك على النسخة المحدّثة.

Welcome to Rihlati ("the App", "we", "us", "our"). This App is operated by Rihlati ("App Operator"). This document governs your relationship with the App and includes both the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. By using the App, you agree to all terms set forth below.
Part One: Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains in detail what data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, who we share it with, how we protect it, and what your rights are.

2. Data We Collect
We collect the minimum data necessary to operate the App. We do not require you to create an account and we do not collect your name, phone number, or email address.
2.1 Data Collected Automatically

2.3 Data We Do NOT Collect
We do not collect: name, email address, phone number, contacts, messages, photos, videos, audio, files, calendar data, browsing history, precise location (GPS), health data, or any biometric data.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use collected data exclusively for the following purposes:
- Providing the App Service: Displaying real-time flight information for 15 Saudi airports.
- Sending Alerts: Notifying you when your tracked flight's status, gate, terminal, baggage belt, or time changes.
- Improving the App: Analyzing crash reports and usage data to fix issues and improve performance.
- Displaying Ads: Showing Google AdMob ads to users not subscribed to the premium plan.
- Verifying Purchases: Validating premium subscription purchases through Google Play or Apple App Store.
- Security: Protecting the App and our servers from unauthorized use via Firebase App Check.
We do not use your data to create personal profiles, make automated decisions affecting you, or sell it to any third party.
4. Legal Basis for Data Processing
We process your data based on the following legal grounds:
- Contract Performance: Processing data necessary to provide the service you requested (flight tracking, notifications).
- Legitimate Interest: Improving the App, ensuring security, and preventing fraud.
- Consent: When you enable optional features such as notifications or location access.
- Legal Obligation: When necessary to comply with applicable laws.
5. Data Sharing with Third Parties
We never sell your personal data. We share data only with the following service providers necessary for App operation:

All service providers listed above comply with data protection standards. We do not share your data with any other parties.
6. Advertising
The App uses Google AdMob to display ads in the free version only. Premium subscribers see no ads.
- Google AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier (GAID on Android / IDFA on iOS) to serve personalized ads.
- Google AdMob may collect device data such as device type, OS version, and screen size.
- You can opt out of ad personalization in your device settings:
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization

7. Data Storage & Retention
7.1 Storage Location
- Local Data: Tracked flight numbers, search history, and settings are stored locally on your device only using an encrypted SQLite database.
- Cloud Data: Flight alert subscriptions and cached flight data are stored on Firebase servers in Europe (region europe-west1).
7.2 Retention Periods

8. Data Security
We implement the following security measures to protect your data:
- Encryption in Transit: All communications between the App and our servers are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS protocol.
- Firebase App Check: We use Play Integrity API (Android) and DeviceCheck (iOS) to verify that requests come exclusively from the official App, preventing unauthorized access.
- Firestore Security Rules: All direct client access is denied by default. Data is accessible only through secure Cloud Functions.
- No Payment Storage: We do not store any financial data or credit card information. All transactions are processed through Google Play Billing or Apple App Store.
- Rate Limiting: Protection against excessive use through per-airport request rate limiting.
9. Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your data:
- Right of Access: You can request a copy of your data stored with us via email.
- Right to Deletion:
- Delete local data: From App settings → Clear Cache.
- Delete tracked flights: Untrack any flight at any time from within the App.
- Delete all your data from our servers: Send a request to awaya.app@gmail.com and we will delete your data within 30 days.
- Uninstalling the App from your device will automatically delete all local data.
- Right to Disable Notifications: You can disable all notifications from App settings or your device settings.
- Right to Opt-Out of Ad Personalization: You can opt out of ad personalization from your device settings as described in the Advertising section.
- Right to Object: You can contact us to object to the processing of your data for certain purposes.
- Right to Data Portability: You can request your data in a machine-readable format.

10. International Data Transfers
Some of your data may be transferred to and stored on servers outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, specifically:
- Firebase servers in Europe (region europe-west1) - for flight subscription storage and caching.
- Google global servers - for Firebase services (notifications, analytics, crash reports), AdMob, and Maps.
These transfers are subject to Google's data protection policies which comply with international data protection standards.
11. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13 years of age and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided data to the App, please contact us at awaya.app@gmail.com to have it deleted.
12. Permissions Used
The App requests only the following permissions:

The App does not use cookies. However, the following services may use tracking technologies:
- Firebase Analytics: Uses Instance IDs to measure events. Data is anonymized.
- Google AdMob: May use advertising identifiers and cookies for ad personalization.
- Firebase Crashlytics: Uses installation identifiers to correlate crash reports.
Part Two: Terms of Service
14. Acceptance of Terms
By using Rihlati, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to any part of them, please do not use the App. We reserve the right to modify these terms and will notify you of any material changes.
15. Service Description
Rihlati provides flight information for 15 airports in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including:
- Real-time arrival and departure schedules
- Flight status (on-time, delayed, cancelled, landed, etc.)
- Gate, terminal, and baggage belt information
- Real-time alerts when flight status changes
- Airport information and facilities
- Airport maps via Google Maps
Information is sourced from third-party aviation data providers (AeroDataBox).
16. Information Accuracy - Disclaimer
Important Notice: Flight information displayed in the App is for informational and reference purposes only and does not replace official sources. Information may be delayed or inaccurate due to the dynamic nature of aviation data. Always verify with the airline or airport directly before making travel decisions. We assume no responsibility for any decisions based on App information.
17. Premium Subscription
- Price: SAR 49.99 per year.
- Platform: Purchases are processed through Google Play (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS) and are subject to each platform's terms:
- Auto-Renewal: The subscription auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Android: Google Play Settings → Subscriptions
- iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
The subscription remains active until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds: Refunds are subject to the respective platform's policy (Google Play or Apple).
- Premium Benefits: Unlimited flight tracking, no ads, cloud alerts every 5 minutes.
18. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
- Attempt unauthorized access to our servers, systems, or other users' data.
- Redistribute, sell, or license flight data displayed in the App.
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract data from the App or its APIs.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App's code.
- Bypass or disable security mechanisms or technical restrictions in the App.
- Impersonate any person or entity or falsely claim any affiliation.
19. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any express or implied warranties, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Specifically, we do not warrant:
- The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of flight information.
- Continuous availability of the service without interruption.
- That the App will be free of bugs or technical errors.
- That notifications will be delivered on time or at all.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App or reliance on its information.
- Missed flights or any financial loss resulting from inaccurate or delayed information.
- Service interruptions or data loss for any reason.
- Acts or omissions of any third party (airlines, airports, data providers).
21. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App, including design, code, logo, and the "Rihlati" trademark, are reserved. Flight data is sourced from third-party providers and is subject to their own terms.
22. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time and without prior notice if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the App. Termination will not affect your rights to any active paid subscription.
23. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms and privacy policy are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall be referred to the competent judicial authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
24. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
25. Changes to This Document
We may update this Privacy Policy and Terms of Service from time to time. When making material changes:
- We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
- We will notify you of material changes via an in-app notification.
- Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
